Venue and accomodation

The conference will be held from the morning of Oct 9 until 2 pm on Oct 11. Lunch on Oct 9,10,11 and dinner on Oct 9,10 are included in the registration fee. Breakfast is included if participants stay a the hotel.

We are delighted to announce that the conference will be held at

conveniently located in Le Mesnil Amelot near the Charles de Gaulle Airport.

We have reserved 130 nights including breakfast, which can be booked by participants at registration. The rooms are offered at the discounted price of 120€/night TTC.

All rooms are doubles. If you wish to share a room with another participant please book one room, but make sure each partcipant registers and inform the organizer to ensure the room will have two double beds. You will be asked to pay the hotel directly for the extra tourist tax and the extra breakfast upon arrival.

The Jangle Shuttle

You can get the shuttle bus to the hotel by going to the hotels by shuttle service located outside between terminals 2B & 2D. The sign for this area is:

You will not see the hotel name on the list of hotels by shuttle, this is because the hotel used to be the Marriott. Don't worry, the shuttle will show up within 30 minutes. The shuttle runs from 5:30 am to 11 pm.
